About our Order Process
Learn more about our process, technique and how we'll get you exactly what you want every time.
1. Build a Quote
In order to build a quote you will need to make sure you can meet the following: our minimum, have artwork in an illustrator or photoshop format (see Artwork Requirements), and know your order details (garment styles, colors, quantities)
2. Approve Invoice
Once all of the details are sorted out, we will send you an invoice based on your order. Once it is approved we can proceed with the order.
3. Your Order Process Begins
Once the invoice has been approved your order process begins. Usually between 7-10 business days. Check out the Order Timeline (below) for more details.
4. Approve Mock-Up
Approve your mock-up and final artwork. Be sure to look over all of the details of the mock-up. No changes to the artwork will be allowed after this step.
5. Your Gear Gets Inked
Now the order is in production. Artwork is prepped, films are printed, screens are burned and we put ink to fabric.
6. Pick Up/Ship
Your order is ready! You can choose to pick it up at our Preston, WA shop location or have us ship your gear. *Please note: shipping time is not included in production turn around time
